Total fat amount must be under 30% and saturated fat amount must not exceed 10%. Fat binders are very effective at decreasing your fat intake.
  • Consume more beans, as they contain excessive protein and fiber. Beans will make you feel full without the excess fat in a healthy way.
  • Prefer poultry (without skin) and lean meat. Normal meat contains 66% more fat than lean meat and poultry.
  • Consume more grains.

  • When cooking beef, rinse off the meat and remove the grease from the pan. Then continue cooking. This way you can rinse off the excess fat, without affecting the taste.
  • Eat more fish.
  • Replace the foods containing high amount of fats with low diet foods. For example, instead of fries, eat vegetables with your burger.
  • Always remember that a low fat diet decreases the risk of cancer and heart disease. The less saturated fat, the lower cholesterol levels.
